Stella was the keynote speaker at the Governors Prayer Breakfast in Harrisburg, PA and the theme was “Rise Up.” Stella was invited to speak by Representative Mike Fleck who hosted the event.  It was attended by a number of noted officials. Stella enjoyed a tour of the Capitol while she was in town. Stella commented that it is ”One of the most spectacular architectural structures in our country.”
